Elan Gamaker
Founding Director
A writer, story editor and director, Elan believes strongly in development, collaboration and the sharing of ideas in improving screenplay work. As someone whose achievements in the industry came from his own fundraising and networking, he feels strongly that the knowledge, access and experience he gained to screenplay residences and workshops should be passed on to a new generation of writers.
Rashida Qureshi
Story Editor
Rashida earned a first class degree in sociology from the University of Manchester in 2019, but her love for film soon drew her towards the industry. Specifically, her love for story made her pursue story editing as a means of helping writers and developing her own research into storytelling trends and philosophies. She brings her flair for narrative to help writers make their stories more emotionally engaging.

Programme Co-Ordinator
Running Dissolve Into:, even though in its pilot year, is a full-time job. Kevin's already got one - so we value every one of the hours he puts in to keeping the whole operation ticking along, from securing venues and dates, administration, planning and curation of public and private events. His combination of creativity and organisation are an indispensable asset.
